Looking forward to sharing my work Sat, October 11, 2025 SPE South Central Conference, Tarleton State University, Fort Worth, TX.

From blazing sun to hurricane aftermath, Krista Steinke has spent the last decade tracing how Texas landscapes shape memory, ecology, and art. Her presentation Field Notes from the Texas Land, Sea, and Sky blends experimental photography, moving image, and sustainable practice to reflect on environmental precarity.
